AMD ha annunciato la nuova scheda grafica professionale FirePro R5000, prodotto destinato per le soluzioni workstation, i data center “economici” e in particolare per il 3D Remoto grazie alla tecnologia Teradici PCoIP. La FirePro R5000 sfrutta la consolidata architattura AMD Graphic Core Next, con 2 GB di memoria onboard di tipo GDDR5 a 256 bit in grado di gestire fino a 4 monitor Full-HD.
